The cost of returning the item(s) is the responsibility of the customer.

Unless an item if faulty, the refunded amount will be less a £2.50 postage charge for the initial dispatch of goods.

Please include a covering letter stating your reason for return. To speed up the returns process, please state your original reference number. Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of invoice.

For health and hygiene reasons, no refunds are available on pierced earrings or navel jewellery.

Rings ordered to specific sizes are also non-returnable. The item(s) returned must be in the condition it/they were/was sent out and should not have been used or worn.
