Title: Concession Account Manager

Based at: A Prominent Tonbridge Department Store

Salary: Negotiable

Contracted hours: approximately 22.5 per week (3 days)

Job role:

A sales focused role that includes the management of a concession account within a department store.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

1. Develop and maintain a strong customer base.
2. Carrying out one to one sales with customers.
3. Respond to and follow up all sales enquiries.
4. Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant information to management
5. Maintaining stock levels
6. Completing and delivering all supporting/required paperwork
7. Merchandising
8. Maintaining a neat and clean counter
